Welcome to the 2011 SEW-EURODRIVE Charity Event registrations.

Please read the details below and then fill out the forms at the bottom of the page.

As in previous years, there are a number of sponsorship options available:

Platinum Sponsor: $3,200
Team of 4 at golf day (including breakfast, lunch & inclusion in on-course activities)
10 places at dinner auction (inc 3 course meal, beer, wine & soft drinks)
Company sponsored hole at golf day
Company logo on centrepieces at dinner auction
Full page advertisement in golf & dinner auction booklets
Logo on big screens at golf day & dinner auction

Gold Sponsor: $1,700
Team of 4 at golf day (including breakfast, lunch & inclusion in on-course activities)
4 places at dinner auction (inc 3 course meal, beer, wine & soft drinks)

Silver Sponsor: $900
2 places on golf day (including breakfast, lunch & inclusion in on-course activities)

Golf Only (1 person): $275
Dinner Auction Only (1 person): $150

Donations
As always, we encourage and appreciate the donation of auction items from our many supporters. If you wish to donate an item to be auctioned off at the charity dinner (with recognition going towards your organisation), please fill in the appropriate section on the form below.
