SEW-EURODRIVE is committed to our staff and assisting them in their personal and professional development. For this reason, we have the opportunity for apprentices to join our production teams across Australia. We have apprentice-training programs available at any point of the year. Throughout the 4-year program, you will work on varied, innovative, and advanced equipment ranges.
What is an apprenticeship?
An apprenticeship is the chance to work in the area you are studying allowing you to earn an income and complete a qualification. Studies are normally undertaken at your local Registered Training Organisation (often a TAFE) which offers the qualification and completed on one working day of the week, the other four days of the week you are working as a valued member of the team at an SEW-Eurodrive facility putting your knowledge into practise.
Which apprenticeships do we offer?
SEW-EURODRIVE is currently open to accepting apprentices who are interested in working as part of our Production and Service teams.

Upon successful completion of your Apprenticeship, you will gain the following qualification:
- Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Specializing in Maintenance, Fitting, and/or Turning)
- Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology
Along with hands-on experience and a guaranteed full time position within our Company.
