Waste water? A job that needs to be done? Actually, it's a completely underrated dream job! We visited Managers of Sewage Treatment Plants and apprentices and were able to experience first-hand what makes jobs in waste water technology so exciting.

We started with a morning at the sewage treatment plant in Kammerforst in the municipality of Karlsdorf-Neuthard near Karlsruhe, Germany. Manager of Waste Water Technology and Plant Manager Jochen Daniel Schwertheim accompanied us and showed us how varied and fulfilling the work in a sewage treatment plant can be and how exciting the future prospects in waste water technology look.
