Optimised for mid-range to high-level dynamics - the horizontal variant
The horizontal variant of the FFS machine package is designed for medium-range to high-level dynamics. For plant engineering, it helps you to conceptualise and implement the core functions of your FFS machine. The variant uses the proven MOVIDRIVE® servo controller to control the dynamic servo drives. At the same time, the frequency inverter provides flexible and powerful options for controlling the drives. The MOVI-PLC® motion and logic controller takes control of coordinating the whole range of functions.
The axes for product carriers, lengthwise sealers and transverse sealers come predefined as standard. Our modular MultiMotion packaging machine software concept allows you to add to your options easily with additional functions and auxiliary drives. Interface problems are all minimised thanks to our solution from a single source, which provides significant operational reliability.
